Delivery costs are calculated depending on your location and the volume of Slips you will be ordering. You can calculate the cost using our delivery charge calculator on the Shopping cart page.  We use a 3rd party  UK pallet company for our deliveries. Delivery will be to your installation address and will be delivered approximately 2 to 3 days before your installation is due to take place(unless a specific date for delivery has been agreed). This will ensure that the goods are on site and checked before they are due to be installed.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and no acceptance of liability for delays due to late delivery can be accepted. Occasionally delays out of our control such as road accidents, road closure, adverse weather etc may occur and delay your delivery. We will not be held liable for any consequential losses you may incur from any delays on your order.

Deliveries come by means of a delivery vehicle with a tail lift and onboard pallet truck. Truck sizes can vary from 3-28 tonnes, if you think this will be too large and may represent an issue, please contact us so that we can discuss this further with you.

All deliveries are classed as Kerbside deliveries, our delivery companies are not insured to enter your property. Delivery will always be attempted to be delivered to the nearest hardstanding point to your property. In some instances, this may not be possible (restricted access, road closures, narrow or one-way streets etc).

Please be aware that if you have a gravel driveway it is impossible to remove heavy goods by means of a tail lift and pallet truck. The pallet trucks can only operate on a smooth hard surface. If you have a gravel driveway you may need to split the consignment and carry it at your convenience, or the driver may leave it at the nearest hardstanding area to your property and you will be required to split and carry onto your premises. The driver may try to help and accommodate you in this instance, however as this is not their job, and therefore not obliged to do so.

All deliveries will require a signature and you will need to be present to sign for the delivery. If you are not present and a signature from yourself is not obtained, the driver will be unable to return and move the delivery if it is in the wrong location.

Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that you or your servant or agent (including tradesmen, etc) discover a defect/damages upon taking delivery of a Product, we require that you notify us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 3 days after the date of delivery, and before any installation work is undertaken.

Please notify us by telephone and in writing to info@brickslipsfitting.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please also attach photographs clearly showing the damage.
